The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) unveiled a new software program aimed at easing the process of analyzing and posting healthcare quality data for hospitals and healthcare providers.
The program, called “My Own Network powered by AHRQ,” or MONAHRQ, allows users to create sites that can be used to, according to AHRQ, “chart the clinic’s healthcare outcomes or for reporting those results to the public. An organization can enter its own hospital administrative data, including patient characteristics, diagnoses, procedures, health insurance type and charges.”
The user would be able to input various types of patient data in to the program, where it is processed into a designable and quantifiable presentation.
The tool is Windows-based.
