
Brad Antle is president and chief executive officer of Salient Solutions LLC. As such, he oversees the company’s development and delivery of IT solutions. In an interview with ExecutiveBiz, Antle explained, “My primary focus is going to be on ensuring that we continue to deliver “best-in-class” mission critical solutions to our clients.”
Before founding Salient Solutions in 2009, Antle was CEO of SI International. He had joined this company in 1999 and held various positions, including COO and EVP, before his role as CEO.
Prior, Antle was first director of Washington technical operations for Lockheed Martin. During his time with the company, he established a new engineering division that grew to have more than 1,700 engineers and 70 programs.
Earlier in his career, Antle was a senior systems engineer for General Electric. Before this, he served in the Naval Reserve in several reserve commands, including his most recent command of a Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division unit. He came to this after his military service in the U.S. Navy for eight years as a surface warfare officer. He was appointed deputy department head for systems engineering of a development facility for the Navy.
Antle earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Maryland. He then earned his master’s degree in engineering from Pennsylvania State University and later received his master’s in business administration from the National University in San Diego.
