Doug Wagoner is currently senior vice president and general manager for the Homeland and Civilian Solutions Business Unit for SAIC. In this capacity, he oversees the development and execution of the business unit’s strategic and tactical plans.
Before joining SAIC in 2007, Wagoner was SVP and GM for Data Systems Analysts (DSA). While there, he led the Command and Control, Special Operations, and Intelligence business units. Prior, He served as VP of Public Sector for ChoicePoint, an identification technology company where he started its public sector practice..
Earlier in his career, Wagoner spent ten years in various executive positions with EDS.
He currently serves as a Board Member to the USO of Metropolitan DC and currently serves as Deputy Chairman of AFCEA’s (Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association) Technical Committee.
He also founded and led ITAA’s (Information Technology Association of America’s) Committee on Intelligence. Wagoner has testified on numerous occasions to the House and Senate on security-related issues.
Wagoner earned his MBA from Virginia Tech and his BBA in finance from the College of William and Mary. Additionally, he has completed post-graduate work at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business in M&A.
