BACKGROUND: The Office of the Director of National Counterintelligence (ODNCI) is responsible for leading an integrated national counterintelligence (CI) effort against foreign intelligence threats to the United States. This office leads the world's premier CI enterprise to unify the US counterintelligence community, informs and influences decision makers, promotes responsible collaboration and information sharing and advocates for CI partners. The Senior CI Cyber Analyst will supporter the development and implementation of counterintelligence strategic and implementation planning efforts pertaining to foreign intelligence entities to ensure maximum achievement of the organization's goal. The successful candidate will be able to facilitate interagency steering committees and working groups addressing technical and cyber counterintelligence issues and maintain networks with analysts and SMEs. He/she will serve as a senior substantive expert regarding intelligence threat to the US from foreign intelligence. The candidate will produce technical and cyber analytic products; manage and coordinate the preparation of technical analysis and background information; collaborate with other senior officials in the CI communities in the IC, law enforcement, DoD and other US government agencies; will identify critical counterintelligence collection gaps and formulate strategies to address the gaps; contribute to and outreach program for all parts of the US infrastructure.
