Intelligent Decisions was named to the inaugural Diverse 100 list by Everything Channel’s CRN Magazine.
The Diverse 100 are ranked by revenue and include women, disabled individuals, veterans and Americans of Asian, African and Hispanic decent.
According to the firm, “CRN decided to present this information this year as a service to its readership. Often, government contractors are required to use minority-owned suppliers for a portion of a particular contract. Identifying minority-run solution providers offers those contractors a ready reference. In addition, it allows the entire readership to familiarize themselves with companies they may be unaware of, and with which they may be able to partner.”
Harry Martin, CEO of ID felt honored by the award.
“Since our founding, Intelligent Decisions has recognized the significant benefits of a diverse workforce, supplier network and a corporate culture created from differences versus sameness,” Martin said. “Our employee and supplier recruitment, recognition and retention programs promote diversity and foster an entrepreneurial spirit within our internal teams and external alliances.”
“CRN recognizes that successful organizations embrace diversity. A philosophy of inclusion is good for companies and for the industry at large. With this inaugural project we will highlight the benefits and best practices VARs can glean from creating a diverse workforce and showcase some of the leading minority-led solution providers in the market today,” said Kelley Damore, VP, Editorial Director, Everything Channel.
