Charles Hicks will be the new CFO of USIS, the company has announced.
Hicks will replace Andre Oberholzer, who will now serve as VP of Government Compliance and Financial Operations for Altegrity, USIS's parent company.
Previously, Hicks worked for SAIC as vice president of finance for the Mission Integration Business Unit in the Intelligence, Security, and Technology Group. While there, he implemented a new organization structure for finance, led due diligence and integration for business acquisitions, and led 300 division managers.
In his new role, he will focus on strategic finance, leading a system and organization for accounting, pricing, and financial planning.
At Altegrity, Oberholzer will oversee government business financial compliance and cost-efficiency initiatives.
