This week, BAE Systems agreed to purchase L-1 Identity Solutions, Inc.“™s Intelligence Services Group, formed by the businesses SpecTal, LLC, Advanced Concepts, Inc., and McClendon, LLC.
ITT Corporation has an agreement in place with SRA International, Inc. to acquire SRA“™s Airport Operations Solutions group.
Dave Melcher, president of ITT Defense and Information Solutions, commented:
