Tuccillo Named ManTech VP of Capture Management

Ralph R. Tuccillo has been named the next corporate vice president of capture management for ManTech International Corporation.

Tuccillo brings both private industry and military technology experience to the role.

Previously, Tuccillo brought in new government deals as senior vice president of business development for McNeil Technologies and senior vice president for capture management at CACI International.

He became involved in the private sector after a 30-year military career, during which he served as commander of the Army Air Force Exchange Service-Europe and chief of staff of the U.S. Army Military District of Washington.

In his new position, Tuccillo will work to develop new business opportunities for ManTech in their work with the federal government.

“Ralph brings strong business development and capture skills coupled with tremendous knowledge of and insight into the federal contracting marketplace,” said Executive Vice President of Business Development Sally A. Sullivan. “As ManTech bids and wins larger, prime-contract opportunities, Ralph will help us develop compelling solutions from across ManTech’s wealth of capabilities to best support the needs of our federal customers. I am delighted to add him to our business development team.”
