The new company, named Raytheon Technology Associates, will be integrated with Raytheon’s Information Security Solutions product line within the Intelligence and Information Systems business.

Technology Associates President Preston Harrelle will continue to lead business operations while taking on a broader cyber-strategy role across the ISS product line.
