USCIS sets immigration services, policies and priorities, and the SAIC contract will help the agency continue to implement IT solutions to USCIS management.

The second task order will improve services including end user requirements analysis; business process development; testing; and systems engineering, design and development.

SAIC Senior Vice President and Business Unit General Manager Doug Wagoner said:

“We are proud to have the opportunity to work with USCIS to help deliver IT capabilities to enhance their mission to bring lawful immigration and citizenship services to freedom seeking people.”

Wagoner also added that with the two task orders, SAIC has become a “major provider“ of IT services to USCIS.
