Ideal Innovations, Inc. has appointed R.J. Kolton to senior vice president of strategy and corporate development.
In this role, Kolton will report to the chief executive officer and will be responsible for planning and implementing corporate growth strategies.
Kolton is a retired U.S. Army lieutenant colonel who served for more than 22 years. Before joining I-3, Kolton worked as a senior vice president of business development for L3Communications Service Group.
