Apptis, Inc. was awarded the EPA Call Center Task Order under the ITS-EPA II Blanket Purchase Agreement.
Apptis will provide ITIL-aligned call center support for state organizations, universities, EPA employees and the public, where they will be part of the team responsible for the daily operations of the EPA Call Center. The contract has a one-year period of performance with five one-year options.
In support of the EPA Call Center work, Apptis was part of the team awarded the 2008 Government Customer Support Excellence Award for Overall Excellence.
