Serco Inc. has been awarded two indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts by the U.S. Army.

The two contracts are Human Resources Solutions Recruiting & Retention Support Services, and Personnel Services Support of Human Resources Services. The R&R contract has a ceiling value of $274 million over a five-year period, while the PSS contract has a ceiling value of $1.3 billion over the same time period. Both ID/IQs have a one-year base and four one-year periods.

Under the R&R contract, Serco will have the opportunity to compete for work with a focus on program analysis, business management services and IT. For the PSS contract, Serco will compete for tasks to provide wounded warrior programs, family community programs, and transition support and processing.

“Serco is proud to have the opportunity to continue supporting the U.S. Army with our proven services and support,” said Bo Durickovic, executive vice president of Serco's defense personnel services group. “We have a history of supporting the Army, their human resource programs and the brave men and women who help protect our country.“
