GeoEye Hires Dean Edmundson as VP of Business Development

GeoEye, Inc. has named Dean Edmundson vice president of business development.

Prior to GeoEye, Edmundson worked as senior director of global business development for Oracle’s Primavera Global Business Unit.

“Edmundson is a hands-on business development leader with a proven track record of successfully increasing sales through strategic alliances,” said Chris Tully, GeoEye’s senior vice president of sales. “As vice president of business development, Edmundson will play a key role in developing new markets for GeoEye’s EyeQ and other information services in the international, commercial and federal sectors.”
