This week, L-3 Communications announced  it acquired FUNA International, GmbH last month. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Dell has an agreement in place to acquire SecureWorks Inc., an information-security services provider. The move would increase Dell’s global IT-as-a-service and information security offerings. Georgia-based SecureWorks carries 700 employees and reported FY 2010 revenue of more than $120 million.
