The Federal Bureau of Investigation awarded USIS, an Altegrity company, two five-year contracts to complete its FOIA and Name Check programs.

The $101.5 million contract calls for USIS to support the FBI with information management, and security and data analysis to further efforts in national security and the immigration process.

USIS began working on the Name Check program in July 2006, and on the FOIA program in September 2009. The company worked on similar contracts for the Department of Homeland Security.

“These contract awards are the result of USIS' vast experience in innovative, customer-focused technology and our long history of investigative expertise,“ said Ray Tye, vice president of USIS Federal Civil Group. “The combination of our investigative skills, coupled with the company’s deep understanding of highly secure and sensitive information, and fast-changing government environments, will be valuable assets to the FBI Name Check and FOIA programs.“
