Altegrity Inc. will hold its fourth annual Best In Class Competition. The competition invites its 11,000 employees, from all four of Altegrity’s companies, to participate and submit new, innovative and sustainable business ideas that will lead to efficiency and growth for the company.
BICC’s theme this year is “Imagine. Create. Innovate.” Candidates in the final round of the competition compete for prizes and corporate recognition. The finalists receive resources and time invested from Altegrity leaders to help implement their ideas.
Vice President of Operations and Co-Chairman on BICC Douglas Steele said the competition is one that has proven to be successful and produce real results.
“Of the seven projects from last year’s competition, five are in development or have been implemented by the business,” he said.
The competition will host an event for the top 15 finalists and will be held July 14 at the Lowes Hotel in Annapolis, Md.
