Blue Ridge Networks has announced the availability of the two new products for secure remote access and endpoint protection with control.
EdgeGuard and AppGuard, part of the company's BorderGuard enterprise solutions entity, will work to eliminate network vulnerabilities and smartcard exploitations, as well as prevent malware from penetrating the network.
EdgeGuard enables security through a trusted connection for wired or wireless computers and contains government certified cryptography. The program creates an isolated virtualized terminal session, eliminating the risk of malware attacks, data leaks and network intrusions.
AppGuard threat protection features include malware protection, suppressing the launch of unguarded or unknown executable files from operating system user-space and eliminating drive-by download attacks.
Executive Chairman of Blue Ridge Networks John Higginbotham said these products are compatible with most IT architectures, nondisruptive to network operations and are easy to deploy.
