RightNow Technologies announced today its founder and CEO, Greg Gianforte, will join the Commission on the Leadership Opportunity in U.S. Deployment of the Cloud council.
“In December 2010, the Obama administration announced its 25-Point Implementation Plan to Reform Federal IT Management,“ Gianforte said. “A central component of the plan is the shift to a Cloud First policy. The Obama administration gave TechAmerica Foundation's Cloud2 Commission a three-month mandate to recommend cloud technology solutions to the federal government. The commission will also advise on cloud public policy.
