Verizon Communications (NYSE: VZ) subsidiary Terremark Worldwide, Inc. has announced founder and CEO Manuel D. Medina will step down from his position effective May 31, with Kerry Bailey, Verizon group president of enterprise cloud strategy and services, assuming leadership of the company.

In his new role, Bailey will work with the Terremark“™s management team to accelerate the companies“™ collective global cloud services vision and strategy.
