Salient Federal Solutions is celebrating its first year with a new Talent Operations Center. The facility will enable Salient to develop comprehensive knowledge of candidates skills, expertise and traits, which will help identify the best set of candidates for any given position.

“The process we follow, leveraging our uniquely trained talent operations specialists, gives us a high degree of confidence in our ability to meet demanding requirements and precisely meet our customers needs,” said Brad Antle, chief executive officer of Salient.

This facility, located in Fairfax County, Va., is one of three planned for Salient with one currently up and running in Tampa, Fla., and the other opening in Colorado Springs, Colo., in 2012. The opening of the Fairfax facility will be celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony by Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell.

Some of Salients year-long milestones include:

  • Completion of two acquisitions; SGIS and Command Information
