Symantec has announced the latest version of its ApplicationHA, a high-availability solution for VMware virtual environments that provide application visibility and control. This latest version of the application extends the existing capabilities for disaster recovery.
“Customers can have confidence in their disaster recovery efforts with new SRM integration while growing their businesses by leveraging the new dashboard to scale requirements in VMware environments,“ said Don Angspatt, VP of product management, storage and availability management at Symantec.
Symantec ApplicationHA allows IT professionals to centrally monitor hundreds of applications within virtual machines from a single dashboard. The solution is also easier to install and enables users to do everything from configuration to on-going management of the application from the VMware vSphere client.
