Booz Allen Hamilton has been named a prime contractor on the Veterans Affairs Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology contract to support the VA’s modernization and transformation efforts.

The firm is one of 14 contractors on $12 billion indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity award. The contract has a five-year period of performance and enables the VA to acquire services for IT programs that help ensure timely delivery of healthcare and benefits to U.S. veterans.

Booz Allen now has the opportunity to provide support in areas ranging from program management and enterprise network, to cybersecurity and IT facilities.

“For nearly 20 years, Booz Allen has served as a trusted partner to the Department of Veterans Affairs, both at headquarters and at many of the VA’s medical centers and regional offices across the country,” said Susan Penfield, senior vice president, Booz Allen. “Through our experience, we have developed a deep knowledge and appreciation of the mission of the VA, as well as the unique requirements and in-depth knowledge of the VA security and technology environment.”
