Kroll Appoints Scott Williams as VP - top government contractors - best government contracting eventKroll, a risk consulting company, announced yesterday Scott Williams has joined the company as vice president of human resources. Williams will join the executive leadership team and will work on the development of Kroll’s HR policies and initiatives that support the company’s growth plans.

“Our success depends on identifying new talent and enhancing our workforce systems and processes,” said Phil Casey, chief executive officer of Kroll. “We support our employees so they can better support our clients, and Scott’s guidance will help us achieve these goals.”

Williams joins Kroll from Honeywell International, where he was most recently the global director of HR in the company’s Corporate Strategic Business Group. During his seven-year career at Honeywell, he served in various divisions and roles of increasing responsibility.

Before his time at Honeywell, Scott worked in several HR positions at 3M Company. He began his career there in sales before transitioning to human resources.

“We are very pleased to welcome Scott,” said Barbara Nieto, senior vice president of human resources at Altegrity, Kroll's parent company. “Scott will apply his more than 14 years of HR experience to reviewing and streamlining Kroll’s talent management, succession, and performance management processes.“

Williams will be based in Eden Prairie, Minn., and report jointly to Casey and Nieto.
