ASI Government has been honored with a 2011 APEX Award for Publication Excellence for its Virtual Acquisition Office suite of publications. The awards competition recognizes business publications in the areas of editorial content, graphic design and success in achieving overall communications effectiveness and excellence.
“The world of federal acquisition is remarkably dynamic, subject to daily, weekly, and monthly changes to many laws, regulations, policies and initiatives that govern the expenditure of taxpayer funds,“ said Anne Reid, ASI's chief executive officer. “The VAO suite of publications keeps federal acquisition professionals up-to-date.“
Reid added the firm is honored to have been recognized for excellence. Federal agencies use the VAO suite of publications as leverage in developing professionals and continuing the education of their acquisition workforce. Upcoming publications will address the impact cloud computing will have on acquisition practices.
