Booz Allen and AT&T Among Recipients of 2011 Leadership and Service Awards

The American National Standards Institute has recently announced the recipients of the 2011 Leadership and Service awards. The awards recognizes recipients for their significant contributions to national and international standardized activities, as well as their commitment to their industry, country and enhancement of the global voluntary consensus standards system.

Associate for Booz Allen Hamilton is Matthew R. Young is among the fourteen who will be honored at the ceremony taking place at the Newseum in Washington, D.C. on Oct. 12. Young will be presented with the Next Generation Award, which honors individuals who have demonstrated vision, leadership, dedication, and significant contributions to their chosen field of activity.

Director of Core Network and Government Regulatory Standards at AT&T Brian K. Daly has also been honored, receiving the Meritorious Service Award. He is among five who have been recognized for their contribution to the U.S. voluntary standardized system.
