CH2M Hill Acquires Booz Allen Hamilton’s Transit Consulting Business

CH2M Hill Acquires Booz Allen Hamilton's Transit Consulting Business - top government contractors - best government contracting event

CH2M Hill has completed its acquisition of Booz Allen Hamilton's State and Local Government Transit Consulting business. The S&L transit business has a workforce of 150 and accounted for $50 million in revenue for Booz in its fiscal year 2010.

“We proudly welcome these talented rail and transit professionals to the CH2M Hill family,“ said Gary Higdem, CH2M Hill's transportation president. “This combined services portfolio creates a strong value proposition for our clients around the world.“

For almost a century, Booz has been providing consulting services to transportation clients and is nationally recognized for its service to transit and rail agencies, management consulting, system engineering and rolling stock consulting among other services.
