DLT Solutions has seen two employees receive substantial recognition. Julie Bintzler, vice president and controller, and Christine Schaefer, vice president of marketing, have been named top Women of the Channel in 2011 by Everything Channel’s CRN Magazine. The annual list honors female executives for their achievements and influence over the technology sector throughout the previous year.
The 2011 Women of the Channel were chosen by the editors of CRN Magazine to honor the accomplishments of women in an industry traditionally dominated by males.
“Whether they come from tier-one vendors, VAR500 solution providers or just bring a bevy of channel experience that cannot be ignored, the 2011 Women of the channel list will recognize the most influential women of the channel based on their overall achievements, and their influence in the technology industry,” said Kelley Damore, VP, editorial director, Everything Channel.
Her comments were echoed by DLT President and CEO Rick Marcotte, who said: “One of DLT’s greatest advantages is the strength of leaders like Christine and Julie including the vision and passion they bring to our business every day. They have both driven their respective teams to elite performance with metrics-driven results and increased the overall service and value we provide to our customers and partners.”
A selection of the Women of the Channel list will appear in the July issue of CRN Magazine with expanded coverage available online at www.crn.com.
