ViON Corporation Appoints John J. Garing as its Newest Vice President; CEO Tom Frana Comments

ViON Corporation has just announced today the appointment of John J. Garing as the firm's newest vice president. Garing's responsibilities in his new role include strategic planning and economic analysis to support ViON's federal and public sector customer's IT needs.

ViON President and CEO Tom Frana said the firm is very excited about John joining ViON. “We're so pleased that his extensive knowledge of business strategy and corporate communications management will now be available to our customers, helping them resolve any technical issues they may have,“ he said.

Prior to his current role at ViON, Garing served as chief information officer and director for strategic planning and information for the Defense Information System Agency within the DoD. Before his career with DISA, he spent 20 years working as a telecommunications officer in the U.S. Air Force.
