NJVC Adds Senior Executives to HR Team; President Jody Tedesco Comments

NJVC has recently added executives Jerry Bosken and John Herweh to its human resources team. Bosken will lead the firm’s recruiting and people service programs while Herweh will be responsible for overseeing and developing the company’s training, employee relations, compensation and benefits programs.

“The NJVC HR team is strengthened with the addition of the talented Jerry Bosken and John Herweh,” said Jody Tedesco, NJVC president. “NJVC is about its people-and employee recruitment and retention are top priorities.”

Prior to joining NJVC, Bosken served as chief HR officer with the Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates as well as held appointments as chief HR officer for the Multinational Force and Observers in the Sinai and chief operations officer for Carnegie Mellon University.

Herweh has 15 years of experience in HR in the manufacturing and consumer product goods industries. The executive was in charge of associate relations at Perdue Farms and served as manager of employee integration with the Hershey Company.
