Accenture has launched a new version of its software suite for the consumer goods industry, Accenture CAS release 9. The platform will assist companies as they improve operational efficiencies across marketing, sales and field service functions while reducing software ownership cost and accelerating software implementation.
Accenture CAS will continue to be licensed in both cloud and on-premise models. The release includes enhancements such as Next Generation Direct Store Delivery, Improved Trade Promotion Optimization and Accenture CAS operated in the Cloud as a Managed Service. The enhancements enable better data assessment, support mobile and sales processes and allow cloud-based infrastructure.
