Jaytee Kanwal is the co-founder and chief operating officer of CNSI. Kanwal is responsible for the management of CNSI“™s overall operations, including compliance with accepted standards, and regulatory requirements ing the tax and audit, and legal and contractual arenas.
The executive manages all financial operations, including treasury and cash management, financial analysis and modeling, financial reporting, financial budgeting and forecasting. Kanwal also oversees the structure of the company, determines the best mix of debt, equity and internal financing and maintains the strategic relationship with banks to fund major growth phases.
Prior to founding CNSI, Kanwal managed the financial requirements of growth and profits for another firm. While serving at the company, he handled due diligence with research analysts, auditors and legal counsel.
