Harris CapRock Communications, global provider of communications for remote areas, announced further developments of its FieldAccess communications solution with two service center openings in Odessa and San Antonino, Texas.
FieldAccess was designed to meet specified needs of land drilling operations, meet customers’ requirements for quick VSAT orders, installations and rig moves by leveraging in-region field techniques.
The service centers were established in these locations to meet needs of the land drilling market including local manpower, readily available inventory and quick access to critical spares. The centers will allow quicker installation and response times to service calls, rapid turnkey solution deployment, quicker service restoration and less downtime.
