The MITRE Corporation has recently been named one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts by the Boston Globe in its fourth annual employee survey. MITRE was ranked number five on the overall list of the best large companies.

The survey recognizes outstanding workplaces in Massachusetts based on employee opinions which include company direction, execution, managers, career, conditions, and pay and benefits.

“We believe our employees’ positive feedback on the Globe survey shows MITRE’s commitment to creating an excellent workplace environment,” said Dr. Lisa Bender, MITRE vice president and chief human resources officer. “We’re honored to be named to the Globe’s Top Places to Work list once again.”

Companies must have more than 100 employees in Massachusetts to qualify for the Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work.
