Serco has been awarded a $10 million indefinite-delivery/quantity-delivery contract from the U.S. Army for human resources studies and analysis. The firm will support the Army's civilian workforce transformation campaign plan.

The contract has a one-year base period with two one-year options.

Serco will assist the Army with analytic, management and advisory services in support of the CWT campaign plan. The company will utilize the Army career tracker system to provide leadership development and training management programs.

“With over two decades of assistance to the U.S. Army, we have a full understanding and appreciation for their mission,“ said Bill Fischer, vice president of Serco's strategy, learning and human capital unit. “Serco's work on the Civilian Workforce Transformation Campaign supports the Army's flexible and adaptable civilian workforce as they assist the soldier.”

The firm has been working with the Army under the HRsolutions contract for the last 20 years.
