ITT Exelis recently announced it has received a $5.1 million delivery order contract to provide an undisclosed international customer with radio depot modernizations.
The award includes automated test equipment for radio troubleshooting and calls for the Exelis electronic systems division to install test equipment in-country, as well as provide repairs and training as needed.
Ken Peterman, president of ITT Exelis communications and force protection systems business, indicated that the contract extends the company’s effort, “to meet [their] goal of expanding internationally by providing mission-critical,” solutions.
