Northrop to Upgrade Navy Aircraft Computer Systems

Northrop Grumman‘s guidance and electronics company has secured a firm-fixed-price delivery order worth $8,880,685 from the U.S. Navy.

The Pentagon announced Tuesday the delivery order is against a previously issued ordering agreement for 52 Gen II mission computers for H-1 aircraft upgrades.

Work will be performed in Woodland, Calif., and is expected to start in January 2014.
