CSC Names KPMG Accounting Vet as Internal Audit VP

Computer Sciences Corp. has appointed Peter Minan vice president of internal audit effective March 5, CSC announced Wednesday.

Minan will be responsible for developing and executing CSC’s internal audit plan.

Minan previously worked with KPMG LLP for 28 years and held various positions in audit, accounting and operations functions. His most recent position at KPMG was partner-in-charge in KPMG’s U.S. climate change and sustainability assurance services.

Minan also worked with Fortune 500 companies as a global lead audit partner.

“We are extremely pleased to have Pete join our company,” said Michael Mancuso, CSC vice president and chief financial officer. “His broad public accounting industry experience… will significantly enhance our internal audit program.”
