CCubic Appoints 26-Year Satellite Communications Vet Engineering, Operations VP - top government contractors - best government contracting eventubic Corp. has appointed Jim Kilfeather vice president of engineering and operations for the company’s global tracking solutions division, Cubic announced Monday.

Cubic said Kilfeather, a 26-year veteran of information technology and communications sectors, will manage the engineering department’s day-to-day operations and oversee software development and information technology.

Prior to joining Cubic, Kilfeather held management positions at Skybitz Inc., Andrew Corp., Booz Allen Hamilton, and Orbital Sciences Corp. Kilfeather has also served in the Air Force.

Kilfeather holds four patents for work on global navigation satellite systems.

“He is a highly accomplished engineering executive and his strong background… will assist Cubic Global Tracking Solutions as we continue to grow our business in new and existing markets,” said Mary Ann Wagner, president of Cubic’s global tracking solutions division.
