Dell will operate all of its customer business segments, including those for public and large enterprises, under one organization as of Feb. 4, 2012, the company announced Friday.
Steve Felice will lead this organization as its president and chief commercial officer. Felice will oversee all of Dell's customer business segments including public and large enterprise, small-to-medium business and consumer.
The company said the shift is intended to create a more “customer-focused“ sales organization.
