Ray DeLuke, ITT Exelis

Ray DeLuke is the chief information officer at ITT Exelis, where he is responsible for the strategic planning, alignment, governance and delivery of all corporate information technology products and services.

DeLuke works closely with business leadership to support ITT Exelis’ internal and external customers and works to align the company’s IT strategy with its overall business strategies.

Prior to ITT Exelis’ 2011 spinoff from ITT Corp., DeLuke served as CIO for ITT Corp.’s defense and information solutions business and IT director for ITT’s advanced engineering and sciences business.

He held multiple roles within the AES business, including program manager and director of application services. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer and information sciences from the State University of New York at Postdam and an executive M.B.A. from Syracuse University.
