TWD & Associates announced Tuesday that it has completed an organizational realignment and separated the management of its daily contract performance from the management of its technology capabilities.
The company said it has adopted a ‘matrix’ structure and named Bradley Stegman to manage daily contract performance in the newly created post of vice president of programs.
TWD’s business unit vice presidents will continue developing and implementing technology systems and services.
The company said the realignment included the hiring of technology specialists to focus on cybersecurity, electronic security systems and Microsoft SharePoint collaboration.
It also noted that the effort included unspecified investments in telepresence, digital media services and continuous compliance monitoring.
“This matrix structure will make it easier for us to apply our technology capabilities across our programs, enabling us to deliver the solutions that have worked for individual customers across our entire customer portfolio,” said Besterman.
