L-3 Communications won a $9,536,470 Navy contract modification to provide technical and engineering support services for an aircraft fatigue monitoring program, the Defense Department announced Wednesday.
L-3 will provide data analysis, information systems, and software functions for the Structural Appraisal of Fatigue Effects Program.
L-3 will work with the Naval Air Systems Command Structures Division.
L-3 will perform work in Lexington Park, Md.
The Pentagon expects L-3 to complete work by February 2013.
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
