She will report to Kevin Wideman, chief operating officer and executive vice president.
Her experience includes work in strategic planning, systems engineering, information technology and program management.
She previously served as a director of business development at General Dynamics’ information technology unit.
At GDIT, she managed the company’s Transportation Department and Federal Aviation Administration accounts and developed client relationships, marketing strategies and long-term plans.
The company is managing the FAA’s administrative voice enterprise program under a $228 million contract.
She managed large information technology programs through all phases, from needs analysis and requirements definition to vendor selection, implementation, and training.
