Deloitte has established a new research hub in the U.K. to collaborate with healthcare and life sciences customers in that country, the company announced Tuesday.
The Centre for Health Solutions aims to promote an environment for sharing future health solutions, research and evidence-based analysis in the health and life sciences industry.
Karen Taylor, former director of health value for money at the National Audit Office, will head the center.
Deloitte is embarking on a strategy to develop its healthcare and life sciences practice in the U.K. and other countries, said Simon Hammett, healthcare leader for the U.K. and the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions.
John Bigalke was recently named national leader for public policy and senior partner of Deloitte“™s global healthcare practice.
