Ian T. Graham is general counsel, senior vice president and secretary at BAE Systems Inc., the British defense contractor’s U.S. subsidiary.
Since June 2010, he has been responsible for all of the subsidiary’s and its businesses’ legal matters. He serves on the subsidiary’s board of directors and is also responsible for the company’s contracts, ethics, compliance and export control functions.
The 20-year industry veteran joined BAE in 2007 through the acquisition of Armor Holdings, where he was general counsel, senior vice president and secretary. Prior to joining Armor Holdings, he served as vice president and deputy general counsel for EMCORE Corp. Before that, he was a partner in the government contracts and corporate practice groups at Jenner & Block LLP.
He graduated from Yale Law School, has served as publisher of the Yale Law Journal and holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale University.
