Ann Addison serves as a vice president of human resources at Lockheed Martin, having responsibility for HR within the company’s information systems and global solutions-civil product line.
The 26-year HR veteran oversees 100 professionals responsible for recruiting, performance and talent management, coaching and career development for 11,500 employees based in the U.S. and U.K.
Before joining Lockheed, she served as vice president of global HR for General Electric global exchange services unit, which provides services for business-to-business transaction processing, supply chain integration, synchronization and collaboration.
In the course of her career, she has worked in 20 countries in the Americas, Europe and Asia.
Prior to moving into executive management, she led the company's diversity initiative, served as a consultant within the organizational development and training organization and was the lead for the information systems management program.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in business analysis from Indiana University, has received several management awards and is certified in Greenbelt Six Sigma Methodology.
Lockheed says she has served as a human resource consultant for Fortune 500 companies and regularly speaks at productivity conferences.
