Mary Good Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of CACI International Inc. She works closely with CACI’s executive team, business groups, and staff organizations to align the company’s human resources (HR) initiatives with strategic goals and objectives.
Ms. Good’s responsibilities include providing strategic direction for the full range of human capital functions. This includes an emphasis on employee development, leadership development, and talent management initiatives. She leads initiatives to improve recruiting and retention and provides leadership to ingrain CACI culture, ethical behavior, and people- and client-oriented philosophy throughout the company’s workforce.
Ms. Good brings considerable experience in HR organizations and programs within the information technology industry. Prior to joining CACI, Ms. Good was Senior Vice President of Human Resources for SRA International, where she oversaw employee relations, work/life balance programs, compensation and benefits, recruiting, and training and development. Before this, Ms. Good was Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Facilities for Blackboard, Inc., an educational software company, where she was responsible for the company’s HR initiatives related to acquisition and international expansion, and developed leadership and succession programs. Ms. Good’s experience also includes 15 years with American Management Systems, where she led strategic projects that included a global employee relations program and innovative work/life programs.
Ms. Good serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations and is a founding member of the Penn State’s Women’s Leadership initiative. She has also served as a commissioner with the Human Rights Commission of Arlington, Virginia.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in human development and family studies from Pennsylvania State University and a master’s in business administration with a concentration in human resources management from Syracuse University.
