Veronica Sherard is the Division Manager for Strategic Business Development for ENSCO, Inc., where she is responsible for managing the Business Development staff and formulating and implementing corporate-wide growth plans. Sherard joined ENSCO in 2009.
Veronica has over 20 years of experience in engineering and business development in the aerospace industry. She has extensive experience in leading formal business pursuits, market assessments, and the capture of new programs and new customers.
Prior to ENSCO, Veronica held a series of roles of increasing responsibility within Harris Corporation beginning as a Mechanical Engineering Analyst and Systems Engineer and rising to Senior Manager of Business Development for Space Systems and Intelligence markets. She is a graduate of the Harris WINGS Training Program for Business Development.
