Ross Wilkers
Chris Bishop is a member of URS‘ executive management team for the Federal Services Division where he serves as VP for BD and Marketing.
Federal Services is headquartered in Germantown, Md. and has four strategic business units including: Defense Maintenace & Logistics (DML), Systems Engineering & Technology (SET), Global Security Group (GSG), and Information Solutions Group (ISG).
He also leads the capture management initiatives for the division. He brings a broad base of experience in federal consulting and systems integration markets, including Civil, DoD, and Intelligence markets.
Before joining URS , Chris was the Executive Vice President and Director for Corporate Strategy & Development for NCI Information Systems, Inc. where he served as the capture executive on its highest priority, strategic engagements leading and overseeing bid strategies, pricing, teaming, and proposal strategies. He actively managed a multi-billion dollar pipeline and the management and analysis of reporting forecasts for lines of business.
Prior to NCI, Chris was the the Vice President and Deputy Director of Marketing & Sales managing a team of business development, capture management, and strategic pricing professionals.
Chris has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia, an M.B.A in Economics and International Finance and a Certificate in Global Business Management from Marymount University.
